A 30-day opportunity to return or exchange
If a purchase is not right for you, contact us within 30 days after its delivery to request a return or exchange. Tell us the order number, or provide another proof of purchase, and identify the item. A change-of-mind return must be unused and remain in its original condition and packaging. Our team will provide the arrangements before you send it back.
We arrange eligible return shipping
The merchant pays shipping for eligible returns, whether you have changed your mind or received damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods. We provide a prepaid return label or another method at our expense. For a delivery problem, include order details and photographs showing the issue where available. Do not discard useful packaging before the matter is reviewed. This policy does not reduce any remedy required by applicable law.
Return destination and exchanges
Unless a dedicated return address is provided for your request, use the company address identified below as the default return destination. Please obtain our instructions first so the parcel can be linked to the order. For an exchange, tell us which item you would prefer; we will check availability and explain how to proceed.
After the goods reach us
We inspect the returned merchandise and communicate the outcome. An approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return is received, inspected and approved. Banks and payment providers may need additional time to post that credit. Contact us with the order reference if you need help checking its progress.
Before an order leaves
Send cancellation or amendment requests as early as possible before shipment. We will check whether fulfillment can still be changed; submitting a request does not guarantee it can be accepted. Once dispatch has occurred, follow the return process instead.
