Shipping Policy

US delivery with no standard shipping charge

We currently accept delivery addresses within the United States only. Standard Shipping is free for every US order, with no minimum order value. Any applicable taxes remain separate and are shown during checkout.

Allow time for both preparation and transit

Orders require 1–2 business days of processing. After dispatch, estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates; weather, carrier capacity and other transit disruptions can affect arrival.

Tracking is sent to your order email

When the parcel ships, tracking details are emailed to the address entered with the order. Carrier systems may take time to show the first scan. Review that email and the tracking history before contacting us about a shipment update.

Address changes and delivery concerns

Carefully review the recipient and complete address, including any unit number. Report an error immediately. We can ask whether a correction remains possible, but cannot guarantee address changes after dispatch. If tracking appears delayed or lost, or the package arrives damaged or with incorrect contents, contact us with the order number and tracking details. Photos help with visible problems. We will investigate and discuss the appropriate remedy under the Refund Policy and applicable consumer protections.
